To Refill Through Your Outside Pharmacy
NOTICE: Starting September 1 2019, we will no longer be calling medications into outside pharmacies or approving fax requests. We cannot guarantee the quality of product or service from these locations, and to better serve our clients we will now be providing medications only through our clinic and our online pharmacy, Covetrus. We will also be happy to provide a written prescription for pick up or by mail, as it is the best way to ensure the accuracy of our prescriptions at outside pharmacies.
