Hilton Veterinary clinic of Ferndale provides our clients with a fully accredited online Pharmacy and an on-site pharmacy, to accommodate many of your prescription needs. We can assist you in filling your pet’s medications at the time of your appointment or process your refill requests for pick up.
Our online pharmacy provides you with traditional medications, prescription refills, foods, supplements, treats, flea, tick, heartworm preventatives and more.
If you are not finding what you are looking for in our online pharmacy, we are happy to special order medications or food.
- Prescriptions and prescription refills for products can be called into our hospital during regular business hours (248-955-3253) or simply complete our refill request form.
- Please allow 2 business days for all prescription refills.
Tips to help you with your requests:
- Plan ahead. Some suppliers do not provide next day service to our hospital.
- Place our refill request at least 2 business days ahead of when you would like to pick up your prescription or products. This time required to provide your veterinarian time to review your pet’s medical record, make sure no changes are needed to the prescription, and approve the refill.
- For the safety of your pet, certain medications require blood testing and checkups at specific intervals for your pet to continue the medication.
- This service is provided for current clients and their pets only.
To Refill Through Your Outside Pharmacy
NOTICE: Starting September 1 2019, we will no longer be calling medications into outside pharmacies or approving fax requests. We cannot guarantee the quality of product or service from these locations, and to better serve our clients we will now be providing medications only through our clinic and our online pharmacy, Covetrus. We will also be happy to provide a written prescription for pick up or by mail, as it is the best way to ensure the accuracy of our prescriptions at outside pharmacies
